An Aris Legacy hotel site seen from the air at night

Aris Legacy  /  The Collection

The collection

A hospitality brand connecting three major American sports and entertainment centres.

A larger vision

Atlanta is only
the beginning.

The Aris Legacy Hotel is envisioned as the beginning of a larger hospitality and entertainment platform. Following the Atlanta development, the long-term vision includes potential future properties in Miami and Los Angeles — two of the most influential sports, entertainment, media and tourism markets in the United States.

The goal is to develop a recognisable hospitality brand that connects three major American entertainment centres. Each location would maintain the core Aris Legacy identity while reflecting the culture, sports, entertainment and opportunities unique to its market.

  • Atlanta

    will establish the foundation.

  • Miami

    will expand the experience.

  • Los Angeles

    will extend the legacy.

Atlanta

The foundation. Approximately five acres of prime real estate inside a designated Opportunity Zone, two miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport — the busiest and most diverse airport in the world, serving more than a hundred million passengers a year.

The surrounding five-mile area represents an estimated $70 billion in annual economic activity. The hotel is planned at two hundred rooms across two brands, with a private screening room, a 105-foot auditorium, a spa and training floor, and two acres of roadside retail — all carrying a sports and entertainment identity throughout.

It will operate under IHG's Noted Collection soft brand.

House II · Future Vision

Miami

The obvious second city. Miami is where the off-season lives: athletes train through the winter, the music industry records, and the calendar of marquee sporting and entertainment events now runs with almost no gap in it.

A Miami house would expand the experience — a longer average stay, a larger pool and terrace programme, and a public floor built around outdoor life rather than the lobby. It would carry the same Aris Legacy identity while reflecting the culture, sport and entertainment particular to South Florida.

House III · Future Vision

Los Angeles

The closest of the three to the work itself: the studios, the arenas, the stage doors and the rooms where the deals are made. If Atlanta is the hub and Miami is the season, Los Angeles is the industry.

A Los Angeles house would extend the legacy — a smaller room count with a much larger production, media and screening programme, private dining, and a residence wing for talent and crew on long shoots. The same identity, shaped by the culture of its own city.

Miami and Los Angeles are a long-term vision. No site has been acquired, no brand agreement executed and no programme committed for either city. The artwork shown for those two houses is illustrative and does not represent a proposed design.
