The screening room
A private cinema with tiered seating, cinema-grade sound and its own service entrance — built for premieres, watch parties, film-outs, media days and closed-door previews, and bookable by the hour.

Aris Legacy / Experiences
Sports viewing, live events, a screening room, an auditorium, a roof lounge and a training floor built for professionals.
The programme
The Aris Legacy Hotel is being designed as an integrated sports, media and entertainment experience. The property is expected to carry that atmosphere throughout the guest experience, creating a destination that appeals to visitors and to the local community alike.
Athletes train at six. Crews land at two. Producers wrap near midnight and want a table. The programme was written around those hours rather than around the service model a downtown business hotel would use.
Potential features & programming
The following are the features and programming envisaged for the property as the design and operating plan develop. They are indicative rather than contracted.
The rooms behind the rooms
A private cinema with tiered seating, cinema-grade sound and its own service entrance — built for premieres, watch parties, film-outs, media days and closed-door previews, and bookable by the hour.
One hundred and five feet of internal convention space for launches, drafts, panels, press conferences and award nights — divisible into breakout rooms for a full conference programme, catering from the ground-floor kitchen.
An elevated deck framed by pergolas and reflecting basins. The lounge bar runs twenty-four hours — the one thing on the property that genuinely never closes, and deliberately so.
A full spa alongside a gymnasium specified for people who train for a living: platform space, free weights to competition load, recovery and treatment rooms, and hours that open before the first departure bank.
Three thousand square feet beneath a fifteen-foot ceiling, opening onto the lobby and the arrival court. Breakfast before a six o'clock departure, dinner well after the last inbound, and a kitchen lit in between.
Two retail rooms off the lobby, one for sport and one for entertainment, carrying archive pieces, limited runs and rotating capsules — each shown with the story that came with it.
Performance & recovery
The Aris Legacy Hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness center is designed for athletes, entertainers, and guests seeking a high-performance workout experience. Featuring advanced training equipment, smart fitness technology, and dedicated areas for strength, conditioning, and recovery, the gym provides a professional-level environment for training, wellness, and peak performance.
Above the public floor
An elegant open-air gathering space designed for relaxed conversation, cocktails, plane watching, and stargazing. Featuring stylish seating, travertine finishes, and sweeping views of the airport and night sky, this distinctive terrace becomes a vibrant social destination after dark—perfect for intimate gatherings, watch parties, and special events.
Hours
Everything below is planned to be available at any hour the property is open. There is no overnight skeleton service in the operating model and no closed kitchen at one in the morning — the hotel sits two miles from a twenty-four-hour airport.
Staffed desk and concierge at every hour, every day of the year.
Full bar and light menu through the night, poolside and in the lounge.
Heated year-round, with deck bar and cabana service alongside.
Training floor, recovery suite and treatment rooms.
A 95,000 sq ft structure with valet at the porte-cochère.
Scheduled on the departure banks, on demand through the night.

On the outlots
Two acres of the roadside frontage are set aside for national quick-service and coffee tenants — the names travelers look for at five in the morning on the way to a gate.
For guests it removes a small friction. For the asset it adds a contracted income stream that does not move with hotel occupancy. There is also room here for brand, sponsor and corporate partners who want a physical presence at the gateway to the airport.

The auditorium and the screening room are taking enquiries ahead of opening.
